Evip2 Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Rules Guide

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

9. Account Closure & Termination

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the evip2 customer support team. Closure requests will be processed within 3 business days, and all eligible balances will be refunded via the original payment method.

Evip2 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, identity forgery, or illegal activity
• Multiple account ownership
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions
• Use of automated software or any method that compromises the integrity of the games
• Self-exclusion or account closure requests initiated by the player

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, evip2 reserves the right to withhold account balances associated with fraudulent activity while an internal investigation is ongoing.

10. Liability Limits
